This event aims to bring together regional stakeholders from the space and rocketry sector to participate in an ideation session to support the next phase of the IDEaS Launch the North Challenge, which seeks to advance Canada’s sovereign access to space. This session will focus on:
Stream 2: Medium Lift Capability (10‑year horizon)
A longer‑term innovation stream focused on developing a 4,000‑kg‑class launch capability through industry‑led innovation networks. This stream will strengthen Canada’s national industrial base by advancing critical technologies and building sustainable launch capabilities over the next decade.
